Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law

It is important to us that our clients comply with legal requirements and are not exposed to potential claims.

Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law comes into effect on August 14, 2025 and requires website owners to inform users about the data collected about them and to allow them to request access to or deletion of their data.
Failure to address this amendment may expose website owners to legal claims.

As part of our privacy compliance services, we perform the following actions:

Adding a Privacy Policy page. The content of the policy is determined in coordination with the website owner and remains their responsibility.
Adding consent checkboxes to forms.
Adding a banner that informs users about the website’s privacy policy.
Documenting user consents in the database using a dedicated plugin we developed for this purpose.

Important to know

A Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are legal documents. We strongly recommend that all clients consult with a qualified attorney regarding the wording of these documents and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
