Little Steps

Little Steps Association joined us approximately two years ago, and since then we have been supporting the organization in all new initiatives — including campaign launches, website module development, and ongoing eCommerce management.

Implemented a Measurement Tools module on the association’s website. The module includes a dedicated tools page with filtering by tool category, individual pages for each tool, and consolidated summary tables of all tools available both in HTML format and as downloadable PDF files.

On both Little Steps websites (the main site and the online store), we implemented full privacy compliance measures. A dedicated Privacy Policy page was added, along with a privacy banner linking to the policy, with every user consent action recorded in the database. This functionality was powered by a custom-developed privacy plugin. Additionally, mandatory privacy consent checkboxes were integrated across all site forms, including the eCommerce checkout process.

Little Steps Association approached us with two existing websites, seeking ongoing maintenance and technical support. As part of the transition, we analyzed and stabilized two fundraising mechanisms to ensure scalability and long-term reliability. The first includes annual peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, for which we build and launch a new platform each year. The second supports corporate bulk sales via dedicated landing pages with coupon-based benefits. We optimized the system by refactoring shipping logic from client-side to server-side, significantly improving reliability and security.
