Let Live

Website Development
We built the LetLive website in 2016, based on a design by Ortal Dari Amir (of blessed memory). The site includes a wide range of custom modules, including a staff page, petitions, lost & found, and more.
The entire website was built in PHP without using a page builder. Extensive use was made of custom fields to enable easy and straightforward content management.

Accessibility
The LetLive website was made accessible by OCW.
Banners that originally contained text as part of an image (in the sidebar and in the header of every page) were replaced by us with banners featuring live, accessible text.

Adoption Section Development
The website includes an adoption section featuring hundreds of dogs and cats. Visitors can search for a dog or cat based on a wide range of attributes and arrive at the shelter already knowing which animal they would like to adopt.

Newsletter Integration + Webinars Automation
LetLive began hosting webinars on various topics.
We created a dedicated custom post type called “Webinar,” along with custom fields, enabling the team to continuously add new webinars without editing the page through a page builder.
When a visitor registers for a webinar via the form, they are automatically added to a specific group in the InForYou system.
In addition, we set up automations in InForYou to send reminder messages two days and one hour before the webinar begins.

WooCommerce Store Setup
The online store was added to the website in 2025 and designed by Toyster Media.
Recently, a requirement arose to sell two products on the same page. To achieve this, we developed a custom PHP shortcode that enables adding a “Child Ticket” directly from the “Adult Ticket” product page.

Donation System Development
The LetLive donation page includes multiple donation options. For all credit-card donations, we integrated a personal details form so donor information is saved before redirecting to the external payment page.
After completing the donation, donors are offered a round-up option via a pop-up. If accepted, their details are saved for transfer to the round-up system.
The page also supports Bit donations. Upon completion, the site receives a confirmation and automatically triggers the invoicing system to generate a receipt.
