Kannot Boarding School

Kannot Youth Village came to us with an outdated, non-responsive website. Together with their team, we led a structured discovery process that included needs analysis and content mapping, followed by design and complete website redevelopment.

We have been supporting Kannot Boarding School over the years with ongoing website updates and enhancements. Throughout this period, we have added new sections including a Graduating Classes page, a Memorial page, and additional content modules as needed.

The website includes a payment management system composed of three main components: • Importing a student data file at the beginning of each academic year (including payment amounts), automatically creating parent user accounts, and sending login credentials via SMS through integration with SMS4Free. • A secure parent portal enabling parents to log in, view payment status, and complete payments via Z-Credit integration. • Exporting structured payment reports compatible with the Hashavshevet accounting system.
